Amazon Expands AI Hardware Portfolio with New Bee Listening Devices
Amazon introduces the Bee Frontier and Eclipse, two new AI-powered recording devices designed to provide calendar insights and automated daily summaries.
POLICY WIRE — San Francisco, United States — Amazon officially unveiled two new hardware products on Thursday, marking a significant expansion of its artificial intelligence offerings under the Bee brand, which the company acquired last year.
The new lineup includes the Frontier, a wearable bracelet, and the Eclipse, a compact device designed to magnetically attach to the back of a smartphone. Both gadgets are engineered to record and process information throughout the day to generate calendar reminders and provide AI-driven insights.
According to the company, the devices aggregate data from various sources, including email applications and digital calendars. Users can access these summaries and insights through a dedicated website or mobile application.
The Bee Frontier bracelet is priced at $75, while the Eclipse model carries a retail price of $100. These releases follow Amazon’s acquisition of the San Francisco-based startup Bee, which was finalized in July 2025.
