Social media footage captured the aftermath, showing a man seated on the ground with his hands restrained behind his back. Other clips depicted New York City police officers lifting an injured man and placing him into a patrol vehicle, while a damaged car with visible holes in its windows remained in the roadway.
Visual evidence from the scene identified agents wearing Immigration and Customs Enforcement badges, with at least one individual observed carrying a rifle.
