The club issued a statement to Reuters acknowledging they were aware of images circulating on social media following a road traffic accident near the club’s training ground and can confirm that no one was harmed in the incident.
This event follows a similar crash on September 11 involving teammate Sorba Thomas. The 27-year-old Wales winger was involved in an accident on the same road, with images from that time showing his vehicle upside down; the club reported he emerged completely unscathed.
Hull City, currently sitting in eighth place in the Premier League following a strong start to their campaign, is scheduled to host Everton on October 11.
