Kesler suffered a fractured eye socket and abrasions, while his wife sustained a broken collarbone and head contusions. The lawsuit accuses the employee of inciting the violence and Waffle House of failing to properly vet her. The restaurant has not commented on the case, and the employee, who is named as a defendant but not charged, remains unidentified.
