POLICY WIRE — Kyiv, Ukraine — A Russian-guided bomb exploded near a bus stop in eastern Ukraine, killing 30 people and intensifying power outages in the capital, Kyiv, authorities reported Thursday.
The attack occurred in Kramatorsk, a city in the Donetsk region, prompting public transport to be suspended in the area. Oleksandr Honcharenko, head of the city’s military administration, condemned the strike, calling it a clear targeting of civilians.
