PC Kheava Gould-Ryan and PC Fernando Santos Dos Santos, both affiliated with the Central West Command Unit, were removed without notice after accelerated hearings confirmed they violated professional standards by glorifying excessive force against detainees. Meanwhile, PC Mason O’Connor was also dismissed after a panel found his remarks—such as telling a colleague, ‘I hope you get raped on your way to Waterloo’—to be in breach of conduct guidelines.
