The indictment against 36-year-old Ivanna Lisette Ortiz was unsealed by a Los Angeles County judge. Ortiz, who appeared in court wearing yellow jail clothes, entered a not guilty plea through her attorney. She is being held on $2.6 million bail.

The incident occurred on March 8 when Ortiz allegedly drove a Tesla to the Beverly Hills-area property of the celebrity couple, pointed an AR-15 style rifle out the window, and fired at least 20 rounds toward their home and a neighboring house. No one was injured, but bullets tore through the Airstream trailer and struck the wall of their nursery where their three young children were with their nanny.
