POLICY WIRE — Boston, United States — A search is ongoing off the Massachusetts coast for an air ambulance carrying six people that disappeared during a flight from Bermuda to Boston. A ‘debris field’ was found later Saturday off the coast of Nantucket, the Coast Guard said.
The U.S. Coast Guard confirmed that the Gulfstream G100, carrying four Canadians and two Bermudian nationals, lost contact with the Federal Aviation Administration early Saturday over the Atlantic Ocean. Search crews later discovered a debris field near Nantucket, prompting intensified efforts to locate any survivors.
