Gallagher’s character was introduced as the long-lost niece of Roy Cropper, played by David Neilson. Throughout her tenure, Nina faced significant storylines, including a hate crime that tragically led to the death of her boyfriend, Seb Franklin, portrayed by Harry Visinoni, and a relationship with Asha Alahan, played by Tanisha Gorey.
The actress has chosen to leave the series to explore new opportunities, including a stage tour of the psychological horror “Silence of the Lambs,” where she will take on the role of Clarice Starling, originally played by Jodie Foster in the 1991 film.
