The ad-free versions of Disney+ Premium and Hulu Premium will now cost $21.49 per month, up from $18.99, a 13% rise. Individual ad-free plans also saw a 50-cent increase, reaching $12.49 each. The bundled Disney+/Hulu Premium option is now $21.99, up from $19.99, offering a more affordable alternative to buying both separately.

Subscribers have expressed frustration over the recurring price increases, often referred to as streamflation. Many are calling for cancellations, with social media users sharing messages like, When will people learn to cancel? Others noted that the rising costs are making streaming services comparable to traditional cable, with one user saying, Might as well just switch back to cable. The new pricing takes effect on September 23 for new subscribers, while existing customers will see the changes on their next billing cycle.
