POLICY WIRE — Beijing, China — Imports of Nvidia’s H200 chips, a tier below its most advanced Blackwell line, have resumed in China, though in limited quantities. Simultaneously, China’s chip exports have nearly doubled in the first half of this year.

A significant portion of these exports comprises mature logic integrated circuits, which are utilized in consumer electronics and automotive sectors.
