The nominees for this period demonstrated extraordinary skill and dedication across various games. From powerful hitting to dominant pitching, these young competitors left a significant mark on their respective contests.
- Senior Charley Alford from D’Arbonne Woods Charter softball delivered a stellar performance, achieving three hits in four at-bats, including a home run, a double, and two runs batted in, contributing significantly to the Lady Wolves‘ 11-2 victory over Haughton.
- Jaleeyah Alford, a senior from Sterlington softball, recorded four hits in five at-bats across two wins against Carroll and North Webster. Her impressive week included a home run, a double, six RBIs, and a stolen base for the Lady Panthers.
- Junior Marlee Bonner of Delhi Charter softball had an incredible series of games, going 9-for-12 over three matchups. She blasted four home runs, added two doubles, a triple, and drove in 12 runs for the Lady Gators.
- Ariel Brown, a sophomore at Claiborne Christian softball, went 3-for-4 with a double and two stolen bases, aiding the Lady Crusaders in their win at Downsville.
- Winnfield softball sophomore Kaylie Callender achieved a perfect 4-for-4 at the plate, including two doubles, in the Lady Tigers‘ 6-0 triumph over Zwolle.
- Junior Karley Caskey, also from Winnfield softball, hit two home runs and dominated on the mound, striking out 21 batters over two victorious games against Stanley and Zwolle.
- St. Frederick softball junior Lily Davis contributed a decisive walk-off home run, a double, and three RBIs in a first-round victory against Westminster Christian, going 2-for-3 overall.
- Gump Dunn, a senior from Caldwell baseball, not only hit a home run but also pitched a no-hitter with seven strikeouts for the Spartans in their win against Jonesboro-Hodge.
