Markle is facing a single count related to the possession of child sexual abuse material. According to federal officials, the investigation led to the discovery of explicit images involving minors located in both Mexico and the Philippines.

The estranged father of Prince Harry’s wife, the Duchess of Sussex, was taken into custody in Florida following the allegations.

He is scheduled to make his initial court appearance in a Tampa courtroom this Friday following his arrest.
