The FBI arrested Mohamud at gunpoint on Tuesday after he was found carrying an AK-47 rifle, four magazines, and 200 rounds of ammunition. According to a federal affidavit, he had previously discussed plans to carry out an attack in the U.S. and pledged allegiance to ISIS in a video. Authorities say there is probable cause to believe he violated federal firearms laws on October 6.
