Floodwaters spread across the city, particularly in central and eastern areas, blocking roads and submerging vehicles. Major canals filled with rainfall exceeding 20 centimeters (7.8 inches), according to officials. The Thai Meteorological Department warned that heavy rain would continue through Sunday due to a strong low-pressure system and strengthening monsoon conditions.

Over 84,000 people in 21 provinces were affected by the flooding, with emergency warnings issued to those in impacted areas.
