In a court declaration, the woman revealed that she first became aware of the allegations after seeing a Facebook ad seeking individuals with potential sexual assault claims against Combs, who is currently serving a four-year sentence for related charges. She claimed that the ad prompted her to contact the Buzbee Law Firm, which represented her in the original lawsuit. The woman also stated that she later doubted the validity of her claims and that her lawyers dismissed the case after she expressed uncertainty about the events.
