Federal investigators revealed that Kramer had access to firearms, ammunition, and tools that could be used for violent attacks. He was also found to have engaged in online discussions about chemical poisons, vehicle-based assaults, and drone-delivered explosives. The FBI said they discovered the materials during searches of his hotel room and home.
