The incident, reported by a woman to the BBC, involved her attacker forcibly entering her room after reception allegedly gave him the key.
The victim recounted to the BBC that her attacker “kicked her hotel room door off its hinges” after gaining access with the key provided by hotel staff. This incident has raised serious concerns about the hotel’s security protocols and the safety of its guests.
