On Friday, the Houthis launched ballistic missiles and drones targeting displacement camps and residential neighborhoods in the city of Marib, resulting in the deaths of two individuals and wounding 14 others, according to the state news agency SABA, which cited local authorities.

In response, Yemen’s army reported that it had engaged Houthi forces on multiple fronts early Saturday. The army didn’t provide details on the operations or specify when they occurred but affirmed it would continue to respond to any further targeting of its units.

The UN’s warning underscores the volatile situation in Yemen, where fragile ceasefires and escalating hostilities continue to threaten the lives of civilians and exacerbate the ongoing humanitarian crisis.
