POLICY WIRE — Warsaw, Poland — A woman injured three individuals at a private post-secondary school in Warsaw’s Praga district on Saturday, police confirmed, marking the third school attack in less than a week and raising concerns about rising violence in educational institutions.
The attack occurred when the victims were submitting paperwork at the school office, with the suspect using a dangerous object to wound a 17-year-old girl and two others aged 17 and 24. None of the injuries were life-threatening, and the suspect was taken into custody. This follows two earlier attacks in the Mazovian province, where a 19-year-old student injured nine people and a 15-year-old killed a custodian and wounded two others.
