The Montclair Police Department is currently investigating two cargo thefts reported on the same day at the Anheuser-Busch distribution center, suspected to be connected. The first theft involved a shipment valued at $45,000 destined for Tucson, Arizona, which never reached its destination.

Shortly thereafter, another theft occurred where a person posing as a subcontractor used fraudulent documents to claim approximately $25,000 worth of Anheuser-Busch and Pabst Blue Ribbon products. Authorities are examining the possibility that these incidents are part of a coordinated fraudulent operation.

The investigation is ongoing, and the police are looking into the similarities between the two thefts. Meanwhile, Pabst’s Instagram followers have been quick to inject humor into the situation, with comments ranging from jokes about the stolen truck being in someone’s driveway to invitations for a party.
