Botner described more than 100,000 text messages exchanged between her and Flynn, including some that revealed his violent thoughts. In one message from August 2025, Flynn wrote he had been thinking of ways to kill his wife without getting caught. She urged him to seek a divorce instead, but later admitted the circumstances surrounding Ashley’s death were too suspicious.
