The disgraced Hollywood producer, 74, will face up to 25 years in prison for an alleged assault on Miriam Haley at his Manhattan apartment in 2006.

Weinstein was initially convicted in 2020 of assaulting Haley and raping another woman, Jessica Mann, and was sentenced to 23 years. However, his convictions were overturned in 2024 due to prejudicial testimony from other accusers. A second trial in 2025 resulted in a conviction for the assault on Haley, while other charges were dropped or not decided.
