POLICY WIRE — London, United Kingdom — Two Iranian nationals have entered not guilty pleas to allegations of espionage on behalf of Iran, according to court records.
Nematollah Shahsavani, a 41-year-old car salesman, and Alireza Farasati, a 23-year-old barber, are accused of engaging in activities that could aid the Iranian foreign intelligence service between July 9, 2025, and August 15, 2026.
