A federal arrest warrant was issued for Harris after he failed to appear in court. He is listed on the FBI’s Most Wanted list and uses aliases such as “Chuck Harris” and “Charlie Harris.” Authorities describe him as 5 feet 10 inches tall, with red hair and blue eyes. Harris, originally from Modesto, California, has burn scars on his hands. Prosecutors allege he shared child exploitation material via the Kik messaging app while working at a fire station.
