POLICY WIRE — Swansea, UK — Rikki Hall, a 33-year-old former police officer, has been charged with raping a woman while on duty in Swansea. The allegations were brought forward by the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC), the police watchdog.
Hall, who was serving in Swansea at the time of the alleged incident, now faces formal charges. The IOPC launched an investigation following the complaint, leading to the charges being filed.
