Fire Chief in Hampshire stated, “There are many days of work ahead to ensure the New Forest blaze doesn’t spread further.” Firefighting teams are working around the clock to contain the fire, utilizing all available resources to prevent it from expanding.
Residents in nearby areas have been advised to remain vigilant and follow any evacuation orders issued by local authorities. The fire service has set up multiple containment lines and is using aerial support to monitor and combat the blaze from above.
